Senior HR business partner

With an international exposure to high profile customers and leadership, this role will give you the opportunity to act as a true Business Partner, and employee’s evangelist, working closely with multiple business stakeholders.

What will your job be about?

• Contribute in co-creating our “employer branding” approach for Poland
• Have project work responsibilities and actively manage senior stakeholders on a daily basis as well as participate in our transition projects/ new acquisitions as a trusted HR business advisor
• Implement our end-to end “hire to retire” people framework, taking in consideration the cultural nuances and our drive for diversity and innovation
• Own staffing, retention, engagement, talent development and C&B targets, along with your business leaders
• Contribute to our employee relations framework, including cooperation with trade unions and employee representatives
• Constantly drive effectiveness and innovation across all core HR processes

What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant?

• Experience preferably gained in an HR consulting, Hiring Agency or Services industry with international exposure
• Experience in project work environment & new acquisitions
• Strong influencing skills, at all hierarhical levels, and senior stakeholder management experience
• Assertive in communication, analytical, and showing strong independency in conducting tasks
• Comfortable with operating in  ambiguous situations, with the ability to take ownership and calculated risks
• Having willingness to travel
• Possessing strong English fluency being comfortable using it in daily business communication
