For our German Partner, a large international organization, we are looking for candidates to work in Rostock/Germany:

Interior Engineer in Cruise Ship

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of drawings/documents related to the interior furnishing of  cruise ships especially for
    the hotel area
  • Editing of furnishing plans, flooring plans, ceiling plans, insulation plans
  • Preparation of specifications and documents for supplier inquiries
  • Coordination with other departments within
  • Technical discussion with owners, classification societies and shipyards
  • Coordination (2D/3D) of systems and single components inside ship structures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of architecture, interior design or similar
  • Knowledge of the activity-relevant software (MS Office, AutoCad)
  • Willingness to learn new 3D-CAD-Software
  • Experience in dealing with national and international design standards
  • Good communication skills: Very good English skills. German skills are an asset
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • An interest in maritime innovation and an open mindset to new development and
    technologies
